Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no shows will result in a charge equal to the amount of your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, I will not be able to accommodate your service. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a fee equal to 50% of the services booked. The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.

ABSOLUTELY! Product build up & natural oils can interfere with coloring and lightening services. Washing 12-24 hours before your service will help me provide consistent results.
